Small businesses here don't usually have a cashflow problem so much as a follow-up problem. The invoice went out, nobody chased it, and three months later it's a bad debt.
Reminders are logged, not sent. Automatic sending over WhatsApp was the next thing rather than part of the MVP, because a reminder log is useful on its own and an unreliable auto-sender is worse than none.
